2. Hosting
The website and its API are hosted by Fly.io, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4990, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States, on machines located in the Paris region (France).
The database is hosted by Supabase Pte. Ltd., 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513, in a data centre located in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1 region).
3. Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its texts, its assessment engine and the FirmVox brand are the property of the publisher. The guides published on the site may be quoted with attribution and a link to the original page.
Regulation (EU) 2024/2847 and the other official texts cited are public documents of the European Union. Their excerpts are reproduced for information; only the text published in the Official Journal of the European Union is authentic.
4. Nature of the service and limits
FirmVox is a software tool that supports compliance work. The information it produces — classifications, obligations, scores, gap registers, assistant answers — is generated automatically from the user's answers and the text of the regulation. It does not constitute legal advice and is no substitute for reading the official text or consulting qualified counsel.
The publisher certifies the compliance of no product and transmits no information to the authorities on behalf of its users.
